Holland & Barrett's Salmon Oil is derived solely from pink salmon caught in the icy waters of the North Atlantic. Essential Fatty Acids are considered essential as they cannot be made by the body and have to be consumed within the diet. Salmon oil provides the omega-3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA.
