Mastiha is traditionally used as a mean to relieve stomach problems. A recent study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, supports that mastiha contributes to a healthy gastrointestinal system.
Indications: Chios Mastiha contributes to eradication of Helicobacter pylori (the causative agent in the creation of ulcers), reliefs from heartburn and digestive problems in general.
Additional Info
Dosage: Adults, 2-4 capsules daily, with water or juice, 30 minutes before your meal. Ideally consume 4 capsules daily, 2 before each meal. Consult your doctor or pharmacist.
Ingredients: Chios Mastiha Resin (Pistacia lentiscus var. chia) 280mg, anti-caking agent: Magnesium Stearate, stabiliser: Cellulose. Capsules consist of Hypromellose.
